A short post from Rina’s daughter Ruth to thank you for reading. Rina is no longer able to update this blog due to her advanced age (91 at time of writing) and advancing dementia. We’ve made the decision to keep the site up however, as a legacy site. Rina was way ahead of her time when it came to analysing and writing about older women in film. It’s my hope that this site will still be helpful and interesting for those interested in this area. It’s such a shame that Rina isn’t able to add her voice to the various films made in the last few years featuring older actors.
